PUBLIC NOTICE
The Northampton County Board of Supervisors will meet on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers located at 16404 Courthouse Road in Eastville, Virginia, to conduct a public hearing on the following matter:
Minor SUP 2026-09: Tyler Nonn is applying for a minor special use permit to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit inside an existing pole barn, a use requiring a special use permit in the Town Edge-1 (TE1) zoning district. The property is located on Old Cape Charles Road, Cape Charles, VA and is further described as Tax Map 84-A-66B.
The application is on file and open to public inspection in the Planning, Permitting & Enforcement Office, located at 16404 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia.
