ATTENTION

In Chrome,

1. Please navigate to the three dots in the the upper right hand corner and select
settings

2. Select Privacy and Security and select Clear browsing data

3. Set the time range to all time.

4. Untick all of the options except for 'cached images and files', Click 'clear data', close all of your browser windows and then reopen Chrome.


In Firefox,

1. Click the menu button to open the menu panel.

2. Click History and select Clear Recent History....

3. Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu,
select select cache and cookies and data in the items list, make sure other items
you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK button.

In Edge,

1. Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select settings, then
privacy, search, and services.

2. Scroll down and under Clear browsing data select 'Choose what to clear'.

3. Set the time range to 'all time' and untick all of the options except for 'select
cached images and files and cookies and data

4. Then select 'clear now'.

5. Close all windows and reopen

In Safari:

1. Go to Settings

2. Then Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data

3. Close and reopen.

Once cache has been cleared and the browser closed, please reopen the browser and log into BoardDocs again.

The Northampton County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 10, 2024, in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 16404 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia, to receive public comment on the following ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
“NORTHAMPTON COUNTY SHORT TERM RENTAL REGISTRY”


The purpose of this amendment is to establish a Short-Term Rental Registry for short-term rental facilities within the County.

This proposed ordinance is available for review at the County Administrator's office, 16404 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia, during normal business hours. Anyone interested in the above matter should attend the public hearing to express their views.

PUBLIC NOTICE


The Northampton County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers located at 16404 Courthouse Road in Eastville, Virginia, to conduct a public hearing on the following matter:

Minor SUP 2024-11: Ryan S. Baines & Corey M. Baines (property owners) are applying for a minor special use permit for a Manufactured, Single-Wide Mobile Home, a use requiring a special use permit in the V/R (Village/Residential) zoning district. The property is located at 6200 Bayside Road, Exmore, VA and is further described as Tax Map 15-3-B.

The application is on file and open to public inspection in the Planning, Permitting & Enforcement Office and the County Administration Office, both located at 16404 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia.

Anyone wishing to comment on the above items is invited to attend the meeting and make their comments known. Written comments can be submitted to the County Administration Office, P.O. Box 66, Eastville, VA 23347, and via email to [email protected].

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Northampton County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing commencing at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 16404 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia, to afford interested parties the opportunity to be heard or present written comments regarding the following ordinance:


AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION FUND

The purpose of this ordinance is to develop grant programs for the development and revitalization of safe and attainable housing in the County as authorized by Virginia Code Section 15.2-958.5 for the purpose of preventing neighborhood deterioration in the County. The Fund shall utilize money appropriated by the Board of Supervisors as it shall deem necessary and proper.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public review at the County Administrator’s Office, Eastville, Virginia, during normal business hours.
